In addition to any separate warranty that may be extended by the material manufacturers, K2 ROOFING LTD. May guarantee the work against defects for a period of time as indicated on the proposal, commencing from the date of completion.
K2 ROOFING LTD. May guarantee waterproofing materials will remain waterproof and all materials will remain intact.
If K2 ROOFING LTD. Will fix the defect at no charge to the Purchaser
Service must be obtained by means of written notice to K2 Roofing Ltd.(Email or Written letter) identifying the original work performed, the date of the job completion, and the nature of the problem.
This guarantee covers leaks caused by defective workmanship and does not include leaks cause by: Obstruction of proper drainage; Excessive or unusual wear on the installed materials; Any changes made to the installation by any person other than K2 ROOFING LTD.; Any acts of extreme weather that are covered by insurance; Improper maintenance of the installed material.
If K2 ROOFING LTD. Investigates a guarantee issue and finds the problems to be unrelated to our work or not covered by the scope of this warranty, service charges may apply for the diagnosis and repair.
This guarantee is automatically invalid and void if any payments are past due. Any damage that occurs during a period of invalidation is not covered under this guarantee even after final payment has been made.
This warranty is transferable only with written notice to K2 ROOFING LTD. Of intent to transfer and new warranty holder's contact information.
If no guarantee is specifically indicated on the proposal, no warranty is offered.
This warranty is only valid if accepted in entirety. This warranty is accepted as a whole or not at all.
K2 ROOFING LTD. DOES NOT WARRANT PRODUCTS UTILIZED IN THIS INSTALLATION WHICH IT HAS NOT FURNISHED; AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW, ARISING OUT OF THE INSTALLATION AND PERFORMANCE OF, OR DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY OR CAUSED BY, PRODUCTS NOT FURNISHED BY K2 ROOFING LTD..
THE REMEDIES STATED HEREIN ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR FAILURE OF THE K2 ROOFING LTD. TOTAL ROOFING SYSTEM OR ITS COMPONENTS. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE HEREOF. K2 ROOFING LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR DAMAGE TO THE BUILDING OR ITS CONTENTS UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW.
